We have computer aided drafting (CAD) services for homeowners or contractors, that will provide you with top quality drawings as fast
as possible for your new home or project. With over 25 years experience drawing not only manual but with CAD, we are qualified
to do any type of drafting: Archetectural, Mechanical or Electrical.
If American Building builds your home, we will refund
the cost of the plans, out of your first draw. You provide the sketches, we provide the finished plans. We can even come
up with designs.
Drafting Services: .45 cents per square foot, for residential with a min of $500 charge (sketches must be provided)
Design Services: .45 cents per square foot, for residential (we meet with you and come up with a design)
Design/Drafting: .85 cents
per square foot, for us to meet with you, come up with a design and draft it up.
Must be within 30 min of Delta
Colorado or a travel charge would apply
Hourly drafting services $45hr (incl. modifying/redesign existing plans manual drafing or cad)
Our plans include: 3 revisions. Drawings included are floor plan, cross sections, elevations and foundation plan. Electrical plan
add .10 cents per square foot.
Sample: 1500 sq ft home = .45 x 1500 = $675
Sample 2000 sq ft home = .45 x 2000 = $900
